Last week we celebrated the publication of Prismatic Translation, edited by Matthew Reynolds and containing essays by OCCT's own Adriana X. Jacobs and Kasia Szymanska as well as many other distinguished contributors. We also celebrated the paperback re-issue of Minding Borders: Resilient Divisions in Literature, the Body and the Academy, ed. Nicola Gardini, Adriana X. Jacobs, Ben Morgan, Mohamed-Salah Omri and Matthew Reynolds. The BCLA Annual Postgraduate Conference, ‘Radical Retellings: Fairy Tale, Myth, and Beyond’, took place on Friday. This event was supported by OCCT. The last Hilary session of the discussion group (Monday 9 March) was cancelled. The event with Dr Margherita Laera will be postponed to next term.
