Speakers for Speed-Geeking needed! 8 Nov 2018, 14.00-15.30
Together with the REMINDER project at COMPAS we are participating in the ESRC Festival of Science with a slot on 'speed-geeking', addressing the followingthemes:
We hear a lot about the impacts of migration in the EU, but what are the real costs and benefits? How do the impacts of the free movement of EU citizens differ from the impacts of people coming to Europe from outside the EU, and are the impacts the same for all EU member states? And why are political and media debates about migration, and public attitudes towards it, so different in different EU member states?
