Metamorphoses: Dance Interpretations of Ovid

birth of adonis oil on copper painting by marcantonio franceschini c 1685 90 staatliche kunstsammlungen dresden

A showing of work in progress performed by Susie Crow, Segolene Tarte, and Malcolm Atkins in association with the Ancient Dance in Modern Dancers network. It will involve audience participation as the dancers will be asking for your feedback. They are eager to find out what audiences see in the pieces and how they might improve the communicability of the dance form they are (re)creating.  Your comments will be precious to both the artists and the academics involved.

Free of charge. For more information or to reserve a place, please contact helen.slaney@st-hildas.ox.ac.uk.
