This project aimed to creatively explore mechanisms of Mindfulness though performance, and evaluate the ways in which it might be engaging for adolescents to work in this way and begin to write a methodology for future work. After a series of actor led workshops, the project culminated in a short showcase of student performance work. Evaluation will be shared in due course.
