Allan Rocha is a Professor of Civil Law and Copyrights at Rural Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) and Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in Brazil. He was a Visiting professor of Universidad Autonoma do Chile. He is lawyer with professional and academic expertise in the areas of Cultural Rights, Copyrights, Intellectual Property and Civil Law. He has been acting as a Copyright Consultant in International Organizations (UNESCO, WIPO) and Brazilian Government (Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Health , Fiocruz)
